Abigail’s Long Grain and Orzo - Pilaf

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Abigail’s Rice Pilaf
  • 1 ½ Tbsp of prepared Pesto
  • ¼ Cup of frozen peas
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Mozzarella
  • ¼ Cup chopped Sundried Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Fresh spinach

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare Abigail’s Rice Pilaf as of packaging instructions. Add frozen peas halfway through cook time.
  2. Mix pesto, mozzarella, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes with the cooked rice mix
  3. Can be served hot or cold
