Abigail’s Kitchen Rice Pilaf

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Abigail’s Rice Pilaf
- 1 ½ Tbsp of prepared Pesto
- ¼ Cup of frozen peas
- ¼ Cup Fresh Mozzarella
- ¼ Cup chopped Sundried Tomatoes
- ¼ Cup Fresh spinach
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare Abigail’s Rice Pilaf as of packaging instructions. Add frozen peas halfway through cook time.
- Mix pesto, mozzarella, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes with the cooked rice mix
- Can be served hot or cold
