Baked Crispy Chicken
Abigail’s Kitchen Italian Breadcrumbs
RECIPE SERVES 4
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 4 Chicken Breast, Skinless, boneless
- 1 Cup (240 ml) Abigail’s Kitchen Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup (60 ml) Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Parsley, 2 springs finely chopped
- 1 Egg
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and coat lightly with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- In a bowl mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, & parsley.
- In a small bowl whisk 1 egg.
- Coat each piece of chicken into the egg, then into breadcrumb mixture; shake off excess. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
- Bake chicken until thoroughly cooked (internal temp 165°F), 20 to 25 minutes, until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Remove from tray and serve.
