Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding

Abigail’s Kitchen Cinnamon Vanilla Bread Pudding Mix

RECIPE SERVES 4

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 box Abigails Bread Pudding Mix
  • ¼ Cup (2 oz) Canned pumpkin puree
  • ¾ Cup (6 oz) of Milk
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 Tbsp (1 oz) of pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin pie spice

  • ¾ tbsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Clove
  • ¼ tsp all spice

Optional Glaze

  • 1 Cup (8 oz) Powdered Sugar
  • 2-4 Tbsp (1-2 oz) Milk
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Follow provide instructions of Abigails bread pudding mix. Substitute amount of milk with ¾ Cup. Add ¼ canned pumpkin puree and 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice into egg mixture. Continue cooking instructions as follows.
  2. Top with pumpkin seeds
  3. Serve warm
  4. Optional: whisk powdered sugar milk and vanilla extract to make glaze.
  5. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of glaze on top of the finished bread pudding.
