Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding
Abigail’s Kitchen Cinnamon Vanilla Bread Pudding Mix
RECIPE SERVES 4
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 box Abigails Bread Pudding Mix
- ¼ Cup (2 oz) Canned pumpkin puree
- ¾ Cup (6 oz) of Milk
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Large egg
- 2 Tbsp (1 oz) of pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ tbsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ginger
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Clove
- ¼ tsp all spice
Optional Glaze
- 1 Cup (8 oz) Powdered Sugar
- 2-4 Tbsp (1-2 oz) Milk
- ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
- Follow provide instructions of Abigails bread pudding mix. Substitute amount of milk with ¾ Cup. Add ¼ canned pumpkin puree and 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice into egg mixture. Continue cooking instructions as follows.
- Top with pumpkin seeds
- Serve warm
- Optional: whisk powdered sugar milk and vanilla extract to make glaze.
- Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of glaze on top of the finished bread pudding.
